The Earth is a big place. Mind-blowingly big. I mean, there are oceans that take half a day to FLY across, mountains we can barely climb, roads that disappear over seemingly endless horizons...
You should be seeing these things. Experiencing them. By yourself, or with someone else... it doesn't matter. Just get out there and explore. Soak it all in and become a new person with every adventure you uncover.
This unit is all about seeing the world!

This task is awesome! There, I said it. What you're about to undertake here is something that people dream about. Planning the holiday of a lifetime. Now, hopefully you'll get more than one 'holiday of a lifetime' but if you ask people close to you, you'll find many don't get to take dream holidays left, right and centre. So when you the get the chance, you really should do it the best way you can!
In this project, you'll be selecting from literally thousands of options. Wondrous places, staggering events, amazing people, fabulous food... your job is create an itinerary to be envied.
You will be submitting your response in the form of a digital itinerary. Don't worry if you're not sure what that means just yet, we'll figure it out.
You are the first students to be attempting this unit in this manner. Your work will be the best examples!
